Our thinking
Why we built a community, not a campaign
Rituals With You began with a simple question: what if the people who use our products helped shape how we talk about them?
Skincare is personal. It happens in quiet minutes—before the day begins, or as it ends—and it rarely looks like the pictures. We wanted to build something that respects that. Not a launch campaign with a countdown, but a place where people can discover our products slowly, experience them honestly, and tell us what they found.
That is what Rituals With You is: a community by ELA Rituals. It sits alongside our products rather than in front of them. Joining is free. Membership does not guarantee a product, and we would rather say that plainly than dress it up.
We would rather be told a product did not suit someone than never hear from them at all.
Three words we keep returning to
Discover, experience, share. Discover is the reading and the looking—understanding what a product is for and where it sits in a routine. Experience is the part that only happens on your own skin, in your own bathroom light, over weeks rather than minutes. Share is the conversation afterwards, whether that is a private note to us or a story you choose to publish.
None of these steps is a test, and none of them produces evidence in the clinical sense. What they produce is something we value differently: an honest picture of how our products live in real routines.
What we promise in return
We will listen. When themes emerge from what members share, we will publish what we heard and what, if anything, we decided to do about it—each with a date. We will not imply that every suggestion is adopted, and we will not turn community feedback into claims about what a product does.
That is the whole idea. A two-way relationship, kept honest by being written down.
